Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit. Once your package has arrived, we strongly suggest you to open it and check to make sure the items meet your requirement. Before the return, please don’t remove the tag and keep it in new or unused condition as original.

  • The products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after received.
  • A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
  • Sale items can not be returned. There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please email sheprom@gmail.com before the return, we’ll provide you our return address. We do not accept the return package without contacting. Use the email account which you used when placed your order will reduce processing time.

Please send the product along with the product list which includes Order Number, product SKU. Return tracking No. is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.
